Hey Bloggers! I hope everyone had a good holiday. I can’t believe how quickly last year flew by; actually, the last decade for that matter. It will definitely take me a while to get used to writing and saying 2010. Anyway, it is now the start of a new decade, which is very exciting, and for me, stirs a feeling of wonder about the future to come. It’s amazing how quickly technology is progressing, especially throughout the last century. It’s mind-boggling to think that there are generations living who grew up with no electricity, and that there are generations who coexist with these people who do not know what life without the internet is like.
The picture below is what somebody from 1953 thought a home of the future (the 2000’s) would be like. Technology hasn’t quite progressed that quickly, but it will be interesting to see what life in 50 years from today will be like. Any thoughts?
