Have you ever wondered who uses Spokeo? Spokeo does not track or store people’s search history, so it’s not possible to pinpoint exactly who our users are. That said, we’ve built some aggregated statistics in hope of understanding our users better. The below heatmap shows a live snapshot of where our traffic is coming from.
This heatmap shows that Spokeo’s usage distribution roughly correlates with the US population density – nothing surprising here. However, this heatmap further vindicates that Spokeo has grown beyond the Silicon Valley early adopters. When we were still a social network aggregator three years ago, a disproportional amount of our users came from the San Francisco Bay Area. Today, we are receiving a lot of support from the East Coast, the Midwest, and across the country.
